Jennifer Rene Psaki

Jennifer Rene Psaki (American political advisor) was the 34th White House secretary. She was secretary from 2021 to 2022. A member of the Democratic Party she has previously been a part of the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House assistant director of communications (2009–2011) as well as the spokesperson of the Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki worked as an CNN political contributor between 2017 until 2020. Psaki began her professional career with an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and was later elected governor of Iowa. Psaki was then named as deputy press secretary to John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki was the communications director for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. Representative, and regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to the year 2006. Psaki was appointed press secretary for President Obama's 2012 election campaign. [20] Psaki was appointed the spokesperson for the United States Department of State. [20] The speculations that she was going to replace Jay Carney White House Press secretary once he left for White House in the year 21 were fuelled by her hire at the Department of State.
